Invisible Children has inspired students and people to get involved in the issues of people in Northern Uganda, and in their world.

Sophomore Julia Sanders is raising money for Invisible Children to help free the children that have been abducted and forced to become soldiers in Northern Uganda.

Julia plays softball for Hickory Ridge High School and the Carolina Comets Teal travel team. She is seeking sponsors to pledge money for every hit she gets this season. The season starts now and runs through August.

Double: $2

Triple: $3

In the park Homerun: $4

Out of the Park Homerun: $5
